Position Purpose
Provide essential support for the daily operations of the recovery and wellness centre, with a focus on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Our Idea Candidate
Essential:

• Previous customer service/industry experience
• Demonstrated passion for health and achieving sales targets.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Legal right to work without restrictions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certification (willing to obtain).

Qualifications:

• Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certification
• Advanced Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• Specific Laser Hair Removal Training Accreditation

Position Overview

• Assist in daily operations of Derrimut Recovery, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Provide clients with comprehensive information on laser hair removal procedures, including pre- and post-treatment care.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across recovery services and offerings
