TBS Workforce are seeking experienced, reliable, and enthusiastic Diamond Drillers to work in remote Western Australia.

• FIFO from Perth
• Various Rosters available
• Fulltime role
• Trainee Drillers encouraged to apply

Skills and Experience

• Completed or completing Certificate III in Drilling
• Demonstrated experience operating Surface Exploration Drill Rigs - Boart Longyear, Sandvik and UDR Drills would be advantage.
• Ability to perform general Maintenance and repairs of equipment
• Daily Operation of Surface Drill Rig, ensuring compliance with HSE Safety standards.

• HR Driver’s Licence (minimum)
• Senior First Aid Certificate + CPR (essential)

• Train offsiders and Trainee Drillers to carry out tasks effectively and providing leadership and support.
• Great communication skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities.
