We are looking for an experienced, passionate male disability support worker for our client in Kogarah.
As a member of Sustain Ability Care's Disability Support staff, you will be required to provide high quality, personalized support and assistance to our client in their home. Some of the tasks you will be performing include:

• Personal Care
• Social Support
• Medication Assistance
• Preparing and Cooking Meals
• Putting client to bed
• General Domestic Assistance
• Transporting to appointments/activities

Essential Requirements Include:

• Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
• Working With Children Check (Mandatory or willing to obtain)
• Driver Licence
• First aid certificate (Mandatory or willing to obtain)

Current Shift Times available

• Monday 5pm - 8pm (plus overtime and possibility to become morning and afternoon shift as well)
• Wednesday 5pm - 8pm (plus overtime and possibility to become morning and afternoon shift as well)
• Friday 10:30am to 2:30pm
