Role Overview:
Seeking an intellectually driven, strategically smart Sales Representative and Drone Operator who will play a pivotal role in showcasing the potential of our agricultural drones to prospective clients, both at events and through direct demonstrations. This role offers a unique blend of technical hands-on experience and sales execution, allowing the right individual to not only operate and demonstrate our drone technology but also follow through with sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and demonstrate agriculture drones at client sites, events, and demonstrations to potential buyers.
• Manage inquiries and provide technical insights about drone capabilities and benefits tailored to agricultural needs.
• Follow up on quotations and leads generated from demonstrations, events, and inquiries, turning them into successful sales.
• Execute sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets within the Australian market.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing after-sales support where necessary.
• Utilize commission-based incentives to drive success, with attractive earning potential.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within technology, agriculture, or drones.
• Hands-on experience with drone operation (commercial drone certification preferred).
• Ability to communicate technical details in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage leads effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required to client sites and industry events.
