We currently have an exciting permanent position available for passionate diploma qualified (or working towards) Early Childhood educator to work with our team at our welcoming childcare Centre located in Kambah.
Duties:

• love and care for tiny humans - with respect and passion.
• develop and implement a pre-school program in accordance with the EYLF, and a Reggio Emilia approach which supports individual educational activities at a moments notice, or a child's interest ‘right now’ - whilst also planning incredible educational moments for the future.
• write about children interesting and intelligently.
• let children's families know how awesome their children are, frequently.
• support these beautiful and diverse little people and their families to grow and thrive and become lifelong learners.
• Most essentially you must have a passion to want to educate a wide variety of different wonderful young children whilst being climbed upon, chatted to, and filling out copious amounts of regulatory paperwork whilst smiling :-).

Requirements:

• Full unrestricted Australian working rights
• Australian qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working With Vulnerable People Check
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for working with children
• A positive approach to supporting children and their families
• A meaningful and long-term commitment with our children
