As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you’re achieving optimal outcomes for children.

About Goodstart Nare:
Goodstart Narellan Vale can be seen from the main road and is next to the local primary school and the high school is not much further away. Our centre provides care for children six weeks through to six years. Each room has qualified and experienced staff monitoring the individual development and milestones of each child and ensuring a nurturing and caring environment is maintained.

We facilitate key educator approach at our centre that supports the building of a strong, secure, reciprocal, and communicative relationship between each child and their family, based on trust and respect with one key educator whilst the child is in our early learning environment.

You’ll need:
Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
