Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in the Civil Industry? EXP Resources specialises in Major Civil Road and Rail Projects throughout Western Australia and are looking for an estimator to jump on board.
About the role:

Reviewing tender documentation, plans and preparing drawings
Material take offs
Managing tenders and quotes
Preparing quotations, cost estimates and tender submissions
Consulting with internal management
Engaging with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Interpret contract documents, plans and procedure, standards and codes
Implementing quality management systems

Operational Support

Assisting operations with technical support and specs
Cost analysis and tracking
Develop inspection plans And auditing
Reporting on project performance
Managing subcontractors

Essential Criteria

Reliable and punctual
Good attitude and work ethic
Driven to achieve results
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
organisational skills
Written and verbal skills
Team player
Commitment to safe work practices
Valid drivers licence
