The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role based at the iconic Taronga Zoo Event Centre and acts as our first impression to our guests Tuesday - Saturday! This role is ideal for a customer focused professional looking for a dynamic and fun work environment.
Responsibilities include:

Answering & directing calls

Assisting guests with their enquiries over the phone and in-person

General administration as required

Exceptional communication skills

Friendly nature

Efficient & accurate

Ability to work proactively & unsupervised

Assisting the sales and events team with administration tasks

Management of general inbox including initial response to event enquiries
