Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Car Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive detailing and a keen eye for detail. This role involves cleaning, polishing, and protecting vehicles to meet Max Car Care’s high standards of excellence. A successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, steam cleaning and polishing.
• Apply paint protection and ceramic coatings for optimal vehicle surface protection.
• Inspect vehicles before and after services to ensure quality standards are met.
• Safely operate various detailing equipment and cleaning products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Communicate with management to understand and fulfill the detailing needs.
• Uphold Max Car Care’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive detailing, preferably 1+ years.
• Knowledge of detailing techniques and products, including paint protection, ceramic coatings, and tinting.
• Familiarity with high-quality products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
