We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced retail butcher to join our team at Palmdale Halal Quality Meats. As a qualified butcher, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat for sale according to high-quality standards.

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the meat preparation area.

• Managing inventory and minimising waste.

• Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.

• Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

• Any other tasks as required by the employer.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· Proven experience as a qualified butcher in all areas of butchering.
· Knowledge of different cuts of meat and meat preparation techniques.
· A good work ethic, Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
