We are an aviation management and logistics company, working with clients and operators to deliver seamless charter solutions across the globe. Our sales consultants manage the full travel/sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals including film stars, musicians, models, and sports stars. Our private jets division has chartered helicopters and private jets for everything from meetings and business acquisitions to catwalk debuts and proposals.
Job Description

• Assisting the Sales Director with her portfolio of clients
• Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
• Supplier relationship management
• Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report on behalf of the Sales Director
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures/arrivals
• Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
• Building relationships with airlines worldwide
• Update the customer for the flight operation
• Flight repping as required
• May require working on shift schedule and irregular hours based on the flight operation date

Who are we looking for?

• Good command in written and spoken English
• One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable (Thai, Bahasa and Mandarin…etc.)
• Energetic, Diligent, and Responsible
• Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule and/or irregular hours as required
• Aviation, Freight Forward or Logistics experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
