Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Staff
Location: [HYPERDOME SHOPPING CENTRE]
Job Summary: The Front of House staff is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring smooth operations during their visit. This role involves a variety of tasks including customer service, managing reservations, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about menu offerings.
• Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor at all times.

Communication:

• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

• Ensure the FOH area is clean and well-organized.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning up dining areas before and after service.

Cash Handling:

• Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and tips.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to enhance overall guest experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
• RSA

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.50 – $35.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
