The role
NOBU - the world's most recognised Japanese restaurant, is on the search for motivated, dedicated team members to grow within the Nobu family. With is split-level venue featuring a sushi bar, private dining room and the main restaurant and bar you'll understand why this is the hottest venue in town.
In this role you will work alongside your team in the day-to-day operations of the venue. Delivering exceptional, and memorable, dining experiences to all our guests.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a section waiter, or bartender, in a premium, high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Good understanding around restaurant operations and different styles of sequence of service.
- A passion for hospitality and Japanese cuisine and culture.
Additional Information
- Have full working rights in Australia.
- Availability to commit to a variety of shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster (weekends, late nights and public holidays).
- Already hold, or be willing to obtain, a Victorian RSA.
