Role Overview: As the Food & Beverage Supervisor for Swell Cafe, you will lead by example, working hands-on with the team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your role will involve supervising staff, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that every aspect of service meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clear direction and support to staff, collaborating with the Outlet Manager and Duty Manager.
• Foster strong relationships with both staff and customers.
• Uphold high food and service standards consistently.
• Manage staff operations, including shift scheduling and labor management.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the management team to promote a positive work environment.
