Food Preparation Assistant

Costas Seafood Café in Capalaba is seeking a Food Preparation Assistant to join our award-winning team. This role involves preparing and assembling fresh salads, working the grill, and supporting general kitchen operations. It’s perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare salads with care for presentation and quality
  • Grill a variety of items to order
  • Assist with general food prep and kitchen duties
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
Shift Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Requirements:
  • Prior food prep experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
