Position: Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service.
- Manage and motivate the team, including recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
- Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to meet performance targets and maintain profitability.
- Ensure that food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Implement company policies and contribute to ongoing improvements in operational efficiency.
- A self-motivated and proactive individual with a passion for the food service industry.
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role (fast-food experience preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to use digital systems to manage operations and optimize performance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $52.38 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
