Gardening Assistant
CONTRACT

Our business is rapidly expanding and we are looking to fill two positions. Both roles are hands on and require general gardening experience, but each role has a specialised focus:
- Lawn Expert - If you will manage all aspects of lawn maintenance to help our client's lawns be the best in their street. You will on occasion need to perform simple garden maintenance like weeding garden beds, trimming hedges, etc, but it is Lawn Management that will be your primary focus. You will often work with an assistant, sometimes in a team, and occasionally on your own.
- Garden Expert - If you love all aspects of gardening, digging into the science and practicality of how to make a garden beautiful, this will be for you. Working with our Horticulturalist, you will assist in making our client's gardens magnificent. You will contribute your knowledge and experience to help deliver best practice garden management.
- Using powered gardening equipment (hedger, whipper snipper, mower, blower, etc).
- Hedging and topiary
- Formal qualifications and/or numerous years of experience in horticulture, spraying,etc
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Work Authorisation:
