Home Care Relief Worker NDIS

Due to experiencing rapid growth we are looking for an energetic person to assist our office with cleaning, support work and general office admin.
This role is vital to our company structure for continued growth as you will be taking on new participants for support roles until we fill your roster and then train our new staff member to take on the role and if you have availability within your roster we will move participants to the vacancies if our staff are sick and this could be for either cleaning and or supports in order to make sure our participants dont miss out on any services. As a mixed role if we dont have any work within the cleaning and or supports we will still get you to come and help our staff in the office with some of the paperwork so that you have financial security within your role with us.
To be successful for this role you must have;
- Reliable Car and Drivers license
- NDIS orientation (we can assist)
- Yellow and Blue Card (we can assist)
- Hold a Cert 3 Individual Support or be willing to study for it
- Compassionate
- Available Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm
- Staff get togethers
- Employee of the Month and Year with prizes to be won
- Full training with a buddy system

- weekly pay with above award rates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
