Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, from guest services to financial management
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability
- Create and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with local businesses and suppliers
- Proven track record in boutique hotel management
- Strong financial acumen and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
