The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. With a Part-Time position available, as a Housekeeping Attendant your main responsibilities will be:

• Keeping guest rooms and common areas clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained.
• Restocking housekeeping carts and supply rooms with necessary items e.g. linens, toiletries and cleaning products.
• Addressing and fulfilling special requests from guests e.g. delivering additional towels or pillows to the relevant rooms
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish from guest rooms and public areas regularly.
• Assisting with the sorting, washing, drying and folding of hotel linens and guest laundry where necessary.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate departments, ensuring that security procedures are followed.
• Assisting with the cleaning of guest rooms where necessary.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Houseperson in a five star hotel environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
