Your Role as a Support Coordinator
Support Coordinators at Empowered Project assist people with a disability to build capacity to achieve their NDIS goals by:
- Taking a holistic view and effectively coordinating, implementing, and maximizing identified NDIS plan goals.
- Building pro-active relationships with NDIS registered and non-registered providers and mainstream community-based resources.
- Ensuring qualitative value for money and encouraging self-direction.
- Ensuring mainstream services meet their obligations.
- Monitoring plan outcomes and expenditure.
- Undertaking regular training, continuous improvement, and staying abreast of key industry changes.
- Delivering clear, accurate, and timely record-keeping in line with NDIS practice standards.

Pay: $59,546.86 – $101,491.10 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
