INVENTORY ADMINISTRATOR - MODERNA

Located in Clayton, Melbourne, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing administrative support to the Facility Management team, including stock ordering, cycle counting, receipting, material kitting and reporting.
Much of this available role will involve managing inventory, processing orders, and providing professional support to the Facility Management team and administrative tasks.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting engineering and non-BOM inventory management
- Managing the engineering material store rooms, including scheduling and completing cycle counting for engineering and non-BOM materials on site
- Assist in scheduling and tracking purchase orders, ensuring materials are ordered, delivered
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels through Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Manage inventory and stock, ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment for facility operations
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies in orders and/or services
- Liasing with the local warehouse team to coordinate engineering and non-BOM material deliveries
- Receipting, inspecting, labelling and putting away engineering and non-BOM materials
- Collating materials for spare part kits to support maintenance activities
- Returning materials back to engineering material store post-maintenance and completing any reconsilisation activities
- Support the Facility Management team by handling ad hoc administrative tasks as required

- Minimum of 3 years of progressive administrative experience supporting managers with busy schedules and multiple priorities within large organizations.
- Prior experience with inventory and spare part management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices, CMMS (preferably Maximo);
- Ability to pass National Police Check
- Effective oral and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Customer Service orientation.
- Strong numerical and report writing abilities.
- Able to produce clear, well-structured, concise written summaries and reports.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to manage work to deadline.
- Team player with a desire to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
