As part of the implementation of Vinci Construction’s CONNECT Program (new ERP software solution), Seymour Whyte, a subsidiary of the Vinci group, is launching a deployment phase for its operations in Australia.
Launched in 2019, his ERP Satellite project will be deployed across the entirety of the VINCI Construction division, in all countries where VINCI Construction has subsidiaries, and targets all key areas of activity and expertise within the division.
The IT Controlling lead reports to the Project Manager and is responsible with functional topics related to SAP CO roll-out.
Duties and responsibilities

• Focus on Controlling topics -support of local Controlling team on:
• Project phases activities (Fit & Gap, Design & Build, configuration, tests, cutover, Migration, …).
• Project deliverables preparation (workshops support, Minutes of Meetings, functional specifications, configuration, …).
• Functional integration with other SAP domains or local tools.
• Business support during workshops, migration, and testing activities.
• Focus on HEB (NZ) Run tickets raised on CO topics.
• Ease the communication and relation between Seymour Whyte and Satellite IT project team and Central team.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience.
• Experienced on S/4 deployment project.
• Knowledge on several SAP modules, with a focus on FI/CO
• Knowledge of VINCI group culture – having a first experience with Vinci in Oceania is an advantage.
• Strong autonomy and good communication skills.
