We are currently seeking to recruit a professional entry/mid-level developer and Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Team based in West Melbourne.
Reporting to the IT Manager, your primary responsibility will be to work alongside the IT Development and Helpdesk Teams in a professional and timely manner to ensure an efficient and quality service is provided to all stakeholders. An expert-level understanding of Java Script, MSSQL and CSS is essential, as well as experience in scoping and cost calculation with clients.
Responsibilities
This position undertakes a broad range of duties including:

• C#, Java Script knowledge and Front-End developmentin Svelte using Routify
• Experience with SQL Server with the ability to design tables and write SQL queries
• Efficient in use of .net Frameworks an advantage
• Solutions orientated with demonstrated ability in IT analysis, problem solving and resolution skills
• A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong technical background with the ability to write clean, easy to read code
• Microsoft SQL Database Knowledge
• Tailwind CCS for Front-End Styling an advantage
• nowledge of mobile development using Capacitor would be a bonus
• Develop IT documentation to support operational processes as required
• Incident, problem and change management experience within predetermined KPI’s
• Exceed Client SLA's and KPI's

Key Selection Criteria
· Relevant Tertiary , Degree or industry related qualifications
· Developer Helpdesk experience in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in scoping and cost calculation with clients
· Experience working autonomously and within a team
· Working knowledge of C# Java Script, MSSQL and CSS
· Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
· Strong communication skills including the ability to understand technical problems and to clearly explain solutions
· Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
