Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor

The role
Crown Sydney is seeking a full-time Stewarding Supervisor. Reporting directly to the stewarding manager the ideal candidate should have sufficient knowledge in using the machinery and chemicals across a kitchen stewarding department and experience leading a large diverse team within a hospitality operation. This position will work directly with the team to achieve the highest hygiene standards, meet compliance requirements, and maintain impeccable kitchen presentation.
About you

Relevant experience in a similar position in upscale hotel establishments
Experience in rostering, training, risk assessments and cleaning chemicals and machinery.
Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
Ability to create detailed cleaning schedules.
Strong team building and delegation skills.
Effective time management and communication skills.
