Job Description:
As a Lead Generator and Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in growing our business. You will generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and nurture potential clients through proactive outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients via research and outreach (phone, email, Linked In, social media)
· Qualify leads using preset criteria to ensure they are suitable with our services
· Set up appointments for our CEO with qualified prospects.
· Maintain accurate records of lead generation initiatives in our CRM system.
· Collaborate closely with our CEO to maximize lead generation strategies.
· Consistently achieved and beyond lead generating targets.
· Follow up with prospects to develop mutually beneficial relationships.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in recruitment or sales
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Excellent telephone and email etiquette
· Ability to work independently and manage time well.
· Tech savvy with experience in CRM tools and lead generation systems.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up on many leads concurrently.
· Goal-oriented and passionate about obtaining results.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
