Role Overview:
As a Lead Solution Consultant, you will combine your technical expertise with project management skills to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Agreement Cloud solutions. You’ll oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, testing and implementation of contract lifecycle management and e Signature solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Provide training and contribute to post-production support.
• Continuously improve project methodologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years in software engineering with experience in project management.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with Docusign, Salesforce, contract lifecycle management, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in HTML, Java Script, JSON, C# and/or XML.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Desirable Traits:

• Experience with CRM or CLM solutions.
• High integrity, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally.

Preferred Experience:

• Software engineering: 5+ years
• Working in a professional services firm: 2+ years
• Experience with Docu Sign or similar product consultancy: 1+ year
• Hands-on project management experience: 2+ years

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
