Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-volume recruitment efforts across various departments.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize project management skills to coordinate recruitment projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct training sessions for hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and project management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics.
- Experience in building diverse talent pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
