About the Assignment
Operating from Santos global headquarters in Adelaide, this role focuses on designing and implementing innovative learning strategies and frameworks that enhance capability across the organisation, with a key focus on digital learning outcomes. You will take the lead in crafting impactful learning experiences that drive performance, leadership development, and business growth.


Tasks include:

• Designing and executing learning programs that support the People Experience strategy (onboarding, capability building, performance enhancement, talent management, and career development)
• Driving the development of digital learning initiatives and e-learning strategies to increase the organisation’s use of digital platforms
• Developing tailored learning solutions that address specific business needs, leveraging a variety of tools, platforms, and methodologies to optimise learning outcomes
• Consulting across the business to understand learning needs and business objectives, with a view to embedding meaningful initiatives and positive business acceptance upon release of new initiatives
• Preparing high-quality executive reports, data and proposals that detail learning strategies and outcomes for business approval
• Developing and implementing change management and communication plans to ensure successful adoption of learning initiatives
• Managing relationships with external suppliers, ensuring that learning solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Keeping a pulse on industry trends and advancements in learning design to ensure learning strategies remain innovative and forward-thinking

About You
Ideally you will demonstrate:

• Expertise in Learning and Leadership Development with a focus on learning design, frameworks, and program creation
• Experience applying design thinking to craft innovative learning strategies and programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organisation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on learning design and program delivery
• Advanced project management abilities, particularly in the planning, execution, and delivery of learning initiatives
• A team-oriented approach, committed to supporting the broader goals of the People & Culture function
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments that demand creative, future-focused learning solutions
• Qualifications in HR, OD, L&D, Business or a related field, coupled with experience delivering learning solutions within a large and complex organisation.
