Ultra Tune Nerang is looking for a light vehicle Mechanic/Technician

The Technician would responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical issues in vehicles. This role involves working with a wide range of vehicles, using specialized tools, and ensuring that all repairs meet safety standards and are performed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
-Diagnose Mechanical Issues, Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
Repair and Replace Parts,Repair or replace damaged or worn parts.
Perform Routine Maintenance, Conduct regular maintenance tasks like full vehicle servicing, and complete vehicle inspection.
Test and Inspect Repairs, Test repaired vehicles to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
Maintain Tools and Equipment, Keep tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are clean and properly stored.
Great Customer Service skills, -Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for additional repairs.
Qualifications,
-Cert III in automotive light vehicle technology or a related field is preferred.
Experience
-Previous experience as a mechanic is required, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
Physical Requirements,
- Ability to lift heavy parts and equipment.
- physically fit and able.
Work Environment:
- Typically works in a garage or workshop setting.
- May involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and hazardous materials.
- Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of protective gear.

Salary
-The salary varies depending on experience, and open to negotiation for the right candidate.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
