About the Role
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to social work/occupational therapy/psychology decision making under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of senior staff.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality, efficient, patient centred and evidence based social work/occupational therapy/psychology assessment and management to patients in Logan Acute Care Team (ACT).
- Demonstrated ability or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge and skills to participate in the initiation, planning and evaluation of local service development initiatives.
- Liaise and work effectively in a professional manner with clients and their carers and family, other health professionals from different disciplines, students and external agencies to achieve a client centred approach, utilising negotiation and conflict resolution skills as required
