What You’ll Do:

• Operate a 50-point rotary system to milk our 650-strong herd efficiently and smoothly
• Ensure all cows are milked to a high standard with attention to animal welfare
• Set up, clean, and maintain milking equipment to ensure hygiene and performance
• Assist with herd management tasks, including identifying cows in heat or health concerns
• Work closely with our team to improve daily routines and farm practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous milking experience preferred, but training will be provided for the right person!
• Attention to detail with a focus on animal care and cleanliness
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Good time management skills to maintain the flow of the milking process
• Physical fitness to handle farm work and a passion for the dairy industry
