Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. The Mobile Phone Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs and knowledgeable service.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, ensuring all repairs meet quality standards.
- Utilize schematics to understand device layouts and troubleshoot hardware issues effectively.
- Perform software troubleshooting on various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS, and Android.
- Analyze device performance issues and provide solutions to enhance functionality.
- Assist customers with retail sales by providing expert advice on mobile devices and accessories.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends related to mobile devices to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 – $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 50 per week
