You'll engage with patients in group sessions, promoting nutrition and mobility under the guidance of health professionals. Your day will include conducting assessments, providing education, and contributing to patient records, all while fostering a supportive environment. As part of a close-knit team, you'll share insights in meetings and help implement quality improvement initiatives, making meaningful connections that enhance patient well-being.
