Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, committed professionals for roles in our catering team. Whether you specialize in cold larder preparation, catering assistance, culinary expertise, or hospitality supervision, we want to hear from you! Bring your skills to our vibrant education site and help us create a welcoming dining environment that prioritizes quality, nutrition, and satisfaction.

Positions Available

• Cold Larder- 1 Open role : Craft delicious, fresh salads, sandwiches, and snacks with an eye for presentation and quality.
• Catering Assistant - 4 open roles: Support the kitchen team with food prep, setup, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen space.
• Chef - 2 Open roles: Prepare high-quality meals, manage food costs, and innovate with new recipes that meet the dietary needs of a diverse group.
• Hospitality Supervisor - 2 Open roles: Lead the catering team, ensure service excellence, oversee stock, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food that meets health, safety, and quality standards.
• Assisting with inventory management and food cost control.
• Ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Supporting and encouraging a collaborative, positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar environment is highly valued.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
• A passion for providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to work as part of a team and show initiative.
• Food Handler’s Certificate (desirable)
• Commitment to food quality and safety
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous contract catering experience (desirable)
• Commitment to Cater Care’s Quality and Safety Management system
