New Chicken Shop Team - Main Street Nambucca

'HEY CHOOK' is a new venture by the Matilda's team in Nambucca.
We are looking for two key roles to take on the opening and ongoing management of the shop.
1. Main cook/chef - Take on all things kitchen, making sure the chickens are brined, the salads are fresh and the chips are hot. You will be working within a larger chef & apprentice team supported by the Matilda's team.
2. Service Lead - Taking responsibility of all things customer based, our shelves are stocked, customers are happy, juniors are trained and the venue is kept schmick.
We will be opening 5 days, weekday 11:30-7:30 to start with.
Ideally this will be 2 full-time roles but will consider job sharing as our priority is finding people you want to join our broader team (Matildas), love good food & care about the customers experience.
Salaries are based of experience level and designated roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
