IPERC is looking for experienced educators to join our Ready Global Academy team. The successful candidate will have a passion for international education and for helping students learn, grow, and develop. Ready Global Academy instructors will teach online social studies ( such as History / Geography / Economics ) to international high school students, so candidates should have experience teaching high school students.
Job Responsibilities
· Prepare and deliver a daily lesson plan
· Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
· Provide a variety of learning materials for use in educational activities
· Observe and evaluate student performance and development
· Assign and grade class work, assignments, and tests
· Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
Job Qualifications
· Previous social studies ( such as History / Geography / Economics ) teaching experience in a high school setting (Required)
· Bachelor's degree (Required)
· Certification or licensure in Mathematics (Required)
· Familiar with Australian junior and senior high school Education system
· Strong communication skills
· Problem-solver
· Professional in appearance and demeanor
· Ability to multi-task
· High energy level
· Reliability and Flexibility
Preferred Job Qualifications
· Monday through Friday, mainly from 10-12 AM Australian time or 10 PM -0 AM Australian time
· Previous experience in teaching high school level math (Required)
· Experience working with international students
· Experience teaching online
· Experience teaching AP courses
