Your Role in Action
As an Operations Coordinator at Proserpine Mill, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence across our production processes. Here's what you'll be doing:

Keep Production on Track: Monitor key performance indicators, ensuring quality and minimal downtime. Accurately report deviations and downtime using shift logs and the 5Y's process.
Optimise Efficiency and Quality: Develop and implement action plans to enhance product flow, stock levels, quality, and overall process efficiency. Your problem-solving and decision-making abilities will be invaluable!
Inspire and Lead Your Team: Lead, motivate, and guide a dedicated team of maintenance, operations, and lab personnel toward success and continuous improvement.
Nurture Talent: Document and support the development of your team members through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Take Ownership of the Notification Process: Oversee on-site notification procedures, managing SAP entries and maintaining the highest quality control standards.
