We’re looking for an Operations Manager to bring their own flair, lead the team, and support the Venue Manager in growing the business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead by example, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage FOH operations – stock, invoices, beverage lists, and training
- Oversee daily shift duties, including opening/closing, tills, and reports
- Collaborate with the Sales Event Manager to ensure smooth event execution
- Monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience in event management and hospitality operations
- Passionate about creating great guest experiences with a focus on service, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
