The Role:
- Manage and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists
- Earn the trust of external stakeholders and promote the organisation's services to increase client numbers.
- Deliver and review services to ensure client needs are met.
- Contribute to policy and procedure review to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
- Manage a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualised care plans to empower clients.
- Specialise in areas of interest and lead passion projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
