Occupational Therapist Manager Opportunity

The Role:

• Manage and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists
• Earn the trust of external stakeholders and promote the organisation's services to increase client numbers.
• Deliver and review services to ensure client needs are met.
• Contribute to policy and procedure review to achieve best practice and continuous improvement.
• Manage a small caseload, conduct assessments, and develop individualised care plans to empower clients.
• Specialise in areas of interest and lead passion projects.

Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Experience:
