What is a typical workday?

Dragonfly is hiring for Weekend Operations Support positions for its delivery hub in South Granville. These are permanent part-time positions.

Shifts available for Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

What does it take to be successful?

Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportation would be assets;
2 years of experience in a customer service position;
Strong customer services skills;
Being dynamic and customer focused;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and other software.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself, what will I be doing in this position?

Prepare daily reports;
Process pending packages and returns;
Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
Contact customers by phone and / or email occasionally;
Collaborate with the call center, delivery partners and operation supervisors;
Data entry as needed;
Escalate special cases to supervisors;
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
