About the Park
Enjoy coastal life on the New South Wales Mid-North Coast at Ingenia Holidays South West Rocks, nestled on the banks of Back Creek. With an array of accommodation options from cabins and villas to camping and caravan sites with stunning views, there’s a stay for every traveller!
Located only two kilometres from the Macleay River Boat Ramp, Ingenia Holidays South West Rocks is the perfect spot for water sports lovers and anglers. Surfers can enjoy some of the coast’s best swells, active travellers can enjoy local walking and nature trails and history buffs can explore Trial Bay Gaol, as well as visiting the local town centre only one kilometre from the park.
About the Role
Seeking a friendly and professional Park Manager to ensure the successful operation of our South West Rocks Holiday Park.
Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer service to all guests and residents
Management of staff including roster preparation and performance management and recruitment of new staff
Finance and resource management for consumables, grounds and buildings
Support construction and development teams with new cabins and refurbishment processes
Conducting weekly inspections of the site
Collection of outstanding payments from residents
Attend to emergency situations when required

About You
With a background in tourism, property, sales or venue management, you should be passionate about the tourism industry and be able to demonstrate your experience with the following:

Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist/Caravan Parks
Operational and project management skills
Experience using Newbook or similar booking software
Excellent communication skills
Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
