Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and reliable part-time/casual real estate photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for real estate photography, and the flexibility to work on various projects throughout Sydney. This role is perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments or seeking a dynamic, freelance opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Photography: Capture high-resolution images of residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior shots.
- Editing: Utilise photo editing software to enhance and retouch images, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Scheduling: Arriving on time to jobs and flexible with your schedule for appointments.
- Equipment: Use and maintain professional photography equipment, including cameras and lenses. Provide a detailed list of the gear you own. Full Frame Sony shooters will be preferred.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver results that exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- Own car.
- Proven experience in photography, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work. Real estate photography is not necessary, just a keen eye for detail. Training will be provided.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Own a high-quality camera and necessary photography equipment. Sony gear preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including some weekends and evenings as needed.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of current real estate trends and market demands.
- Previous experience working with real estate agents or property managers.
