About the role
The Senior Pharmacist - Teleoncology will provide a high-level clinical pharmacy service to the West Moreton teleoncology service. The position functions with a high degree of independence providing clinical advice and intervention, workflow organisation and service developments for the teleoncology service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge, expertise and skills in contemporary cancer care clinical pharmacy practice and knoweldge of hospital pharmacy service delivery and medication management.
• High level ability to participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
• High level ability to provide training, direction, and guidance to health clinicians.
• Ability to proactively contribute to team objectives within the pharmacy as well as the broader multidisciplinary team.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• The position requires the incumbent to have completed (or be willing to complete) the Evi Q Anti-cancer drug administration course (ADAC).
• Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
