The main duties include:

• Back office Administration
• Invoicing and stock control
• Delegating to the front of shop team
• Placing front of shop orders and dealing with reps
• Working closely with the owners to ensure the pharmacy is as well run as possible

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous experience in community pharmacy in Australia;
• POS experience and good computer skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Sound knowledge of the OTC Pharmacy product category;

If are not experienced in buying or POS administration but you have significant pharmacy assistant experience we would be prepared to provide training so you can progress into this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 38 per week
