What does a Pharmacy Technician do?
This role is integral to the success of Terrywhite Chemmart Australind, being seen as the health advice destination and pharmacy of choice to our customers. To provide the best quality service to our customers, Pharmacy Technicians are responsible and accountable for the efficient and accurate dispensing of medicines, packing of dosage administration aids, and administrative support in the dispensary.
What's required to be a Pharmacy Technician?
1.• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Dispensary Assistant/Technician.
2. S2/S3 certification.
3. Precise attention to detail – a knack for administration is the key to success.
4. You must have the right to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
6. 2 years of relevant work experience required as a pharmacy technician.
Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Technician is solution-focused and works 'behind the counter' to compile medicine orders for patients, manage stock and correctly follow all policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

• Dispensary inventory management and order processing.

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Self-motivation and eagerness.

• Have a dedicated work ethic and strong collaboration skills.
