VIVI e lascia vivere has been opened for almost 2 months and it's already growing up!
We are open tue-sat , lunch and dinner.
*please notice: To apply for this job you need to have min 6 months experience in Italy.
We are looking for a reliable pizza chef, able to
- handle an easy, but yet satisfying dough, 60% hydro, 48h minimum maturation and proofing, made with petra flour.
- use a gas/wood fired oven. We have a great marana rotatory-up and down, very fun to use!
- manage the section with its prep and order.
- fit in the team, hence a polite, supportive and respectful person. (As everybody else in the team is)
- engage with customers in a polite and funny way, since the pizza section is an open kitchen
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,004.67 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
- Italian (Required)
- Australia (Preferred)
