Regal Group Building Pty Ltd or RGB, specialises in commercial installation of wall and ceiling gyprock plastering, with an excellent reputation for customer services here in Western Australia.
Most of our projects are small to medium commercial projects, from working with builders to doing renovations/ fit outs for local businesses. Majority of our projects are centred around Perth CBD and its surrounding suburbs, with occasional work being slightly more outskirt of Perth.
Qualifications & experience

• Experience in Wall and Ceiling Lining, commercial fit out, or carpentry experience that is relevant to a commercial fit out environment.
• White Card (Essential)
• Yellow Card EWP and boom license preferred but not essential
• Car license and personal vehicle essential

Tasks & responsibilities

• Plasterboard/Gyprock Fixing and Flushing. Installation of Insulation Installation of Lightweight external cladding, sarking and top hats to a manufacturers system.
• Installation of Rondo lightweight steel framing, partition walls, Exposed Tbar grid suspended ceilings, Rondo keylock suspended ceiling framing.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, set out partition walls and ceilings as per the documentation. Keep site records.
• Communicate with builders, clients, and other trades to effectively solve problems and maintain a construction schedule.
• Work safely, read and understand job specific safe work method statements. Maintain cleanliness of your work area and site. Manage worksite hazards to reduce workplace risks.
• Load and unload materials, and manage materials on site
• Work efficiently to maintain construction progress to a fitout schedule
• Self-Starter. Can work independently without direction if required. Can work as part of a small team if the task requires
• Has own hand tools, and basic power tools available. Vehicle and license
• Willing to undertake site safety inductions, and other safety administrative tasks prior to entering a site
