About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager with a background in allied health or medical administration. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, client care, and service excellence. Ideally, you have at least three years of experience in a similar setting, are organized, proactive, and excel in managing administrative and customer service functions.
Position Details

• Location: Ivanhoe hub, Monday, Tuesday, Friday
• Hours: 3 days per week, 9-5, with some flexibility around school times.

Key Responsibilities

• General administration and client support
• Scheduling, appointment coordination, and client management
• Managing accounts, invoicing, and service agreements
• Preparing weekly reports and managing the clinic’s waitlist
• Office management, ensuring a welcoming clinic environment
• Leading HR, recruitment, and team-building initiatives
• Overseeing client service and retention, training reception staff
• Social media coordination and marketing support
• Compliance and safety, including stock and asset management
