Exciting Opportunity - Production Coordination Superstar Wanted! Due to internal promotion, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Production Coordinator to join our passionate NITV team in 2024. This role is a key player in ensuring the day-to-day production needs of our teams are met, aligning with SBS’s Charter, Vision, and Values, and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Provide executive assistant and administration support to the production team.
- Roster crew, processing invoices, and booking domestic and international travel.
- Maintain production records, transmission reports, and program files.
- Obtain licensing agreements and necessary documentation for sourced footage.
- Register commercial music details with APRA.
- Coordinate transcripts, production run-downs, shoot schedules, call sheets, and credit lists.
- Talent coordinate, including running schedules and communication, and engaging external contractors.
Ideally, you will:
- Be a motivated individual with an eye for detail and a high degree of initiative.
- Have an ability to coordinate numerous tasks simultaneously ensures the delivery of high-quality work within set timelines.
- Thrive in a deadline-driven broadcast environment, showcasing a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Have experience in media or digital technology, including post-production or media coordination, is essential.
